Available Positions

Our Lead Carpenters lead their own jobs from start to finish and feel comfortable with the following;
Meet with the Production Manager prior to all projects for reviewing job documents/drawings, checklists and job schedule.
Insure company and customer satisfaction through professional appearance, expert workmanship and polite communication.
Attend all company/client meetings.
Create an anticipated project schedule (critical path) in advance of project commencement, adjust schedule as needed based on production realities. Advise subcontractors of proposed schedule. Verify and confirm material lead times and purchases as needed to maintain efficient schedule.
On a daily basis, inform the Production Manager of the progress of the project, including any customer concerns, problems, delays, etc.
Continually preform inspections of existing conditions to determine if there is damage or additional work not covered in the contract. Create work orders for this additional work.
Outstanding experience in providing supervision to all residential construction activities.
Exceptional knowledge of residential construction.
Knowledge of safety and building codes.
Sound ability to lead carpenter helpers and subcontractors.
Ability to clearly communicate with customers, Production Manager and office staff.
Solid understanding of applicable codes and standards.
Ability to do layout, framing, finishing of typical remodeling projects.
Ability to answer questions about construction processes.
Ability to organize and maintain a safe work environment for all employees and our clients.
