Employee Feature: Golden Hammer Award 2019

The Golden Hammer Award is a way for us to recognize our hard working employees according to the entire staff, not just management. Each year, the Lifespan staff votes for the employee that stood out the most that year. 

The Golden Hammer Award Winner for 2019 is... Ryan Cantrell! Ryan started at Lifespan a few years ago as an Assistant Carpenter. In 2019, he showed initiative as our youngest carpenter and took on solo projects as a Lead Carpenter. The photos below are from his first two bathroom remodels for the same client. That client has since requested to have Ryan back to complete their kitchen as well! Ryan brings a great attitude, a little humor and a hard and smart work ethic to every job he is working on. He is a great addition to our team. Congratulations, Ryan!
