Is Quartz the best counter top?

WHAT IS ENGINEERED QUARTZ?

Engineered quartz surfaces are made with 90% quartz and a small amount of pigment and resin, compared to 40-60% quartz in granite. It is all natural, emission-free, and comparable to granite in price and appearance.

MORE OPTIONS

Quartz is totally customizable to your aesthetic. You can choose from over 100 different color and pattern options ranging from natural stony grays to flashy reds and blues. Because quartz is more durable than granite, you can select the shape and length of overhang that’s right for you. And it can work anywhere: On your kitchen counter tops, bathroom vanity, fireplace, desk, shower, and more.

BETTER FOR THE EARTH

Cambria, the U.S.’s sole provider of quartz surfaces, is a green company. They keep their footprint small by recycling water on the worksite and reusing all scrap material. They work hard so that you can feel good about the impact of your quartz.

BETTER FOR YOU

Because they are 90% quartz, these counters have significantly less porous material than granite. That means they don’t absorb bacteria, making them safer for you and your family. Unlike granite, quartz never needs to be resealed, which releases harmful chemicals into the air. And it’s much more durable- stain-resistant and harder to scratch, chip, or break than granite.
