Holiday Hills - Kitchen Plus

Originally Built: 1988

As with many homes we see, there was a partition between the kitchen and living room. Once this was removed, the space became more apt for hosting. In this remodel we touched the kitchen, laundry, powder bath, and living room. 

Some of the highlights for this project were a full height herringbone backsplash around the garden window and a designated coffee area. We also were able to maintain and refinish the existing fireplace mantle and upgrade the tile surround.
