Originally Built: 1970’s

The 5 month remodel included 2 additions:  A large shed dormer to the upstairs to provide enough square footage for a new primary bedroom, bathroom and closets.  Also a main level addition, partially in the old addition footprint, to accommodate a kitchen, dining and living room. The only bath on the main level bathroom was remodeled roughly in the same space and became the guest bath.  A new composite deck on the main level and basement level were also included.
