Originally Built: Early 1920’s

This Tumwater Mills Kit House was originally built in the early 1920’s and the owner of this home grew up in the house along with his six brothers! The family home was in desperate need of a full refresh while maintaining the “old house charm”. Every room of the house was touched. We did a second story dormer addition to accommodate a new bathroom upstairs.
